Q1: Why aren't the transmitter or receiver working properly?

A：There could be several potential reasons:

(1) The transmitter and receiver may not be paired. You can pair them by pressing the function buttons on both devices. Or, you can reset them to their default settings and attempt to pair them again.

(2) For HDMI：The receiver might not be correctly interpreting the signal from the antenna. To address this, first use a USB-A to USB-C cable to connect your receiver to a power source. Then, use a HDMI extension cable to connect the receiver to the HDMI port on your display device.

For USB-C：The receiver might not be correctly interpreting the antenna signal. To address this, first use a USB-C cable to connect the receiver to a power source. Then, use an HDMI cable to connect the receiver to your display device's HDMI port.

(3) The power source might not be providing sufficient power. Ensure an adequate power supply by using 5V/2A AC adapters for both the transmitter and receiver.

(4)The transmission distance might exceed the recommended range. For optimal performance, it is advisable to maintain a transmission distance of no more than 100ft (30 meters).

Q2: What might prevent the transmitter and receiver from pairing successfully?  

A: There could be two potential reasons: 

(1) For HDMI：The receiver may not be correctly interpreting the antenna signal. To fix this, first connect the receiver to a 5V/2A AC adapter using a USB-A to USB-C cable. Then, connect the receiver to your display device's HDMI port using a HDMI extension cable.  

For USB-C：The receiver may not be correctly interpreting the antenna signal. To resolve this issue, you should connect the receiver in the following sequence. First, use a USB-C cable to connect the receiver to a power source. Next, use an HDMI cable to connect the receiver to the HDMI port on your display device.

(2) The transmission distance could be too far, exceeding the recommended range. For optimal performance, maintain a transmission distance of no more than 100ft (30 meters).

Q3: Why does the screen often switch back to the startup screen?  

A: There could be two potential causes:  (1) The device connected to your transmitter may have entered hibernation mode. To resolve this, press the function button on the transmitter to wake up the device from hibernation.  (2) Insufficient power could also cause this issue. In this case, ensure that the transmitter is connected to a 5V/2A AC adapter.

Q4: Why does the screen mirroring get interrupted during use?   

A: The interruption of screen mirroring could be caused by one of two potential issues:   

(1) The power source might not be providing enough power. Make sure to use a 5V/2A AC adapter to supply adequate power to both the transmitter and receiver. Note: After reconnecting the power source, please allow a few seconds for the system to react. If you are reconnecting the receiver's power, it takes approximately 45 seconds to successfully reconnect. If you are reconnecting the transmitter's power, it takes around 10 seconds for a successful reconnection.   

(2)The transmission distance might exceed the recommended range. For optimal performance, it is advisable to maintain a transmission distance of no more than 100ft (30 meters).

Q5: Why is only the image being transmitted, but not the sound?   

A: There are a couple of things to check:  

(1) First, make sure the sound is enabled on your display device. If it isn't, please turn it on and adjust the volume to a suitable level.  

(2) Secondly, check if the sound is enabled on your streaming device, such as your phone, tablet, or computer. If not, please turn it on and adjust the volume to a comfortable level.

Q6: How to enter privacy mode?  

A: Press the function button on the transmitter to disconnect it from your device. To reestablish the connection, press the function button again.

Q7: Why can't I achieve screen mirroring after connecting the transmitter to my mobile phone?

A: It may be because your mobile phone does not support the USB-C 3.0 protocol. Only mobile phones that support the USB-C 3.0 protocol can perform screen mirroring after connecting to the transmitter.
